We're partnering with a fast-growing, multi-brand insurance organisation to find an experienced HR Manager who wants more than just business-as-usual. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Head of HR, helping to shape the future of a business operating across the UK and Ireland.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites
• Managing complex ER and organisational change projects
• Supporting restructures and business transformation initiatives
• Coaching and influencing managers at all levels
• Driving consistency, engagement and continuous improvement
• Playing a key role in shaping the future HR function

What we're looking for:

• Experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
• Multi-site experience
• Strong ER and change management expertise
• Background within contact centres, insurance, financial services or other regulated environments
• Commercial, pragmatic and hands-on approach
