About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term office fit-out project within an industrial/warehouse environment.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs safely, efficiently, and to programme.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident managing subcontractors, maintaining site standards, and driving progress on fast-paced refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project delivery

   

• Oversee office fit-out works within a warehouse/industrial unit

   

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to programme

   

• Maintain site safety, quality, and compliance standards

   

• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily reporting

   

Required Certifications

• SMSTS

   

• CSCS (Black Card preferred)

   

• First Aid

   

• Asbestos Awareness

   

About You

You must bring:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects

   

• Strong communication and organisational skills

   

• Ability to manage trades and maintain a safe, compliant site

   

• A proactive, solutions-driven approach
